City Winery is a champion of equality at all levels. When it comes to the Americans with Disabilities Act we are happy to comply with the ADA standards such as elevators, ramps, and lifts throughout our various spaces, with ease of access to our bars and seats.
We have proudly held benefits for Meals on Wheels and a variety of not-for-profit advocacy groups. Our policy has always been, since we have reserved seating, to allow any customer access to any and all seats. We provide prompt suggestions for seats that may easier for those with specific needs.
It recently came to our attention that our online seating chart was not clear enough regarding which seats were ADA compliant and we immediately worked to rectify.
We deeply empathize with the challenges differently-abled patrons might face in other venues or elsewhere, and we were happy to make these improvements to our ticketing software to provide more informed access to all our guests.
You may notice certain seats noted for ADA access on our interactive floor plan. If you currently hold any of those seats and have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our concierge.
